Who we are
PetTrimLens (pettrimlens.app) is operated by Ibrahima Diallo in Alberta, Canada. Contact: idiallo2050@gmail.com.
What this policy covers
This policy covers the PetTrimLens website and waitlist. The PetTrimLens app is not open to the public yet. Before it opens to beta testers, we will update this policy to explain how accounts, dog photos and payments are handled, and the update will take effect before we collect that information.
Information we collect
If you join the waitlist (once sign-ups open), we store your email address, the date and time you joined, a label for the page you joined from, and the version of the consent wording you saw. We do not store your IP address with your waitlist entry. If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
Website data
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard connection data, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver the website and protect it from abuse. When the waitlist form is open, it uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a visitor is human. This site does not use advertising trackers or analytics, and fonts are served from our own site.
How we use your information
To send you emails about your beta invitation and the PetTrimLens launch, to protect the form from spam, and to reply to your messages. We do not sell your information.
Emails and unsubscribing
We only email waitlist members about the beta and the launch. Each email says who it is from and how to unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time using that link or by emailing us, and we process requests promptly and within 10 business days. After you unsubscribe we keep your address on a do-not-contact list so we do not email you again, unless you ask us to delete it.
Service providers
Cloudflare provides hosting and DNS and, once sign-ups open, the Turnstile spam check and the database that holds the waitlist. Email sent to and from idiallo2050@gmail.com is handled by Google (Gmail). Apart from these providers, we do not share waitlist information with anyone.
How long we keep your information
We keep waitlist emails until we no longer need them to send beta and launch updates, or until you ask us to delete them. Messages you send us are kept as long as needed to deal with your request.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent to emails, by contacting idiallo2050@gmail.com. We respond as required by applicable law.
Where information is stored
Cloudflare and Google may process information in Canada, the United States and other countries, whose privacy laws may differ from those in Alberta.
Children
The website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
We will post changes on this page and update the effective date.
